Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Tether AI, you agree to these terms. Tether provides a personal assistant service accessible through text messaging (SMS and Telegram) and a web dashboard.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Abuse the assistant to generate harmful content.
• Overload the service with automated requests.

Third-party integrations

If you connect a third-party service (Google, Notion, or others) to Tether, your use of that service through Tether is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard.

Assistant limitations

The assistant may make mistakes. Information provided should be verified for accuracy. Tether is not responsible for actions taken based on responses. Calendar events, emails, reminders, and other automated actions should be reviewed by you.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
